Casey Lee Thorne: Choreographer

Casey Lee Thorne is a dance artist, educator and scholar based in San Rafael. Thorne received her early training at American Repertory Ballet’s Princeton Ballet School in New Jersey, and graduated from the Alonzo King LINES Ballet/Dominican University of CA BFA Program in 2010 as part of the inaugural class. Thorne has danced professionally with Oakland Ballet, James Graham Dance Theatre, Ars Minerva & many freelance projects. She founded Inside Out Contemporary Ballet in 2012 and continues to make work today.


Natalie Mitchell: Teaching Artist, Director

Natalie Mitchell, AEA and SAG/AFTRA, Natalie has a B.F.A. in Acting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.F.A. in Acting from N.Y.U. Tisch School of the Arts. Her credits include leading roles in All’s Well That Ends Well and Two Gentlemen of Verona at Shakespeare Theater Company in Washington D.C., Monster at Malibu Playhouse, Closer at la Macha theater, LA and Seminar by Theresa Rebeck at S.F. Playhouse. In addition to her acting career, Natalie is a producer and director at Emergence Films, an L.A. based production company committed to supporting emerging female filmmakers and exploring new ways to tell stories that showcase strong, complex and multidimensional women.


Scott deTurk: Music Director

Scott deTurk has worked in theater, film, television and recording, as a composer, arranger, orchestrator and musical director. deTurk has nine published musicals and collaborated on the award-winning musical The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, produced in Los Angeles. He has also worked as a writer and composer for numerous commercial clients, including Disney, Time Warner, HBO, ESPN and ABC. As a composer, musical director and accompanist, he has worked with numerous Broadway performers, including James Barbour, Armelia McQueen, Josie DeGuzman, Yvette Lawrence, Beth Malone, James Clow, Terri Bibb, Catherine McPhee, Lynn Winterstellar, DeLyse Lively, Eddie Mekka, Barbra Luna, Matt Cavanaugh, Max Von Essen, David Burnham and Tony winners, Beth Leavel and Cleavant Derricks.


Nic Moore: Stage Combat, Director

Nic Moore (he/him) is an actor and stage combat educator. He has been trained at The Meisner Technique Studio in San Francisco, AMDA in Los Angeles and New York and Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts. He has training unarmed, rapier, rapier & dagger, broadsword and knife combat.


Matt Doyle: Guest Artist

Matt Doyle is a Tony Award-winning American actor and singer celebrated for his versatile work across Broadway, television, and the recording industry. He reached a career milestone in 2022, winning the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his show-stopping performance as Jamie in the gender-swapped revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Company. Doyle’s credits include leading roles in The Book of Mormon (as Elder Price), War Horse, and the original cast of Spring Awakening. Beyond the theater, he is known for his role as Jonathan Whitney in the original Gossip Girl and has expanded his international profile with recent projects like originating the title role in Sinatra: The Musical in the UK and starring as Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby in South Korea.
